As a one-stop-shop specializing solely in property shootings, we create atmosphere, not just content. Plus, we provide extensive online support before, during, and after the shoot. You will receive 2-3 pictures (depending on the package) of each room in JPG format, already retouched.
Normally, we give retouched pictures in 5-7 days from the date of shooting.
You will need to make an advance payment so that we can assign a photographer for a specific day for you. After placing an order on the site, we will send you a secure payment link.
The shooting includes retouched photos (the number depends on the package you choose) of the apartment, some photos of the urbanisation, 2 props.
On the agreed day and time, a photographer and a stylist (if you ordered DECOR UPGRADE package) will come to your location. The photographer will take care of the shooting, and the stylist will take care of the decoration.
Usually, the process takes 1 hour, but sometimes may take a little bit longer (depending on the size of the property).
Yes, you will need to clean up the house and remove personal belongings. After paying for the service, we will send you a guide that will help you prepare for the shooting. We also ask that in 1,5 hours before agreed shooting time the property is ready for shooting.
We have a satisfaction guarantee. If your expecations pointed out in the Brief From are not met by SMH team, we can discuss reshoot options with you ensuring fulfillment of your vision.
